All participants are required to submit a complete Registration Form to the Conference Organization Committee by fax or e-mail, or post before May 31, 2013.

Note:
1. All payment from non-PRC participants should be in US dollars.
2. All incurred fees charged by the processing banks prior to the arrival of the transferred fund should be borne by participants themselves.
3. Students must submit a short application letter of justification and an official letter to confirm his/her status by the Department Head or Mentor.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and full payment, the Conference Secretariat will:
1. Send the participant a confirmation letter within five (5) days after the receival of registration form and payment by the Conference Secretariat, if you do not receive this letter in due time please contact the Conference Secretariat;
2. Send the participant an authorised document for visa application purposes under requirement;
3. Make all reservation as requested by the participant.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION
1. Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat before May 31,20013;
2. Cancellations received before May 31,2013, will receive a full refund (processing fee required)
3. Cancellations received after May 31,2013, will be non-refundable.
4. All refunds will be made one month following the end of the Conference.
